We will design the facility and provide the necessary drawings and documents to be further detailed by the General Architect (GA) and Engineering teams.

How is it done?

We will compile a Functional Requirement document to reflect client’s requirements. This document will turn serve as the basis to compile a Functional Space Program.

We will, then, work with the General Architect (GA) to define Zones & Stacks of the new facility then produce the Concept Design (CD). The CD is further detailed into a Schematics Design (SD). At this time, we are also able to provide Room Data Sheets.
